All orders ship from California.

Processing times vary based on order volume, preorder timelines, and product availability.

 

Preorders:

If your item is marked as a preorder, the estimated ship window will be noted on the product page. By purchasing a preorder item, you agree to the projected timeline. Preorder items ship once they become available.

 

Domestic Shipping:

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are set at standard. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

 

Packaging:

Two-candle orders are packaged together in one premium box.

 

Order Issues:

If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at support@118proper.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the address.
