All sales are final.
Each candle is hand poured in small batches, and every order is prepared with care. Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@118proper.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged or defective.
Preorder items cannot be canceled once purchased.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once shipped.
